Art therapy is based on the power of creativity to transform our lives. Through art we gain a power to give form to our unconscious images and reclaim our power. Images go where words and thoughts cannot.
SELF-CENTERED
The heart of the creative practice is art and nature's ability to connect our nature to nature, to uplift not only ourselves but the larger whole or Self. This is serious play that transforms the world by transforming ourselves.
